Dr. José Eliud Silva Urrutia
Actuario de la UNAM. Maestro en demografía por El Colegio de México. Doctor en Ingeniería matemática con especialidad en Estadística por la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Cuenta con experiencia profesional en el sector asegurador, en evaluación educativa, en estadística aplicada al ámbito cultural, y ha impartido cursos en tópicos estadísticos a nivel superior y posgrados en diversas instituciones. Cuenta con publicaciones arbitradas nacionales y extranjeras. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores de CONACYT.
