Programa de becas de posgrado para ciudadanos mexicanos

Convocatoria 2023 del “Programa de becas de posgrado para ciudadanos mexicanos”, destinada a graduados universitarios mexicanos para realizar especializaciones y maestrías completas como así también estancias de investigación (de 3 a 6 meses de duración) en el marco de estudios doctorales y posdoctorales, que se desarrollen en el ciclo lectivo 2023.

Esta beca busca beneficiar a estudiantes mexicanas/os inscritas/os como alumnas/os regulares de tiempo completo, en nivel licenciatura, en una institución mexicana de educación superior, a realizar una estancia de investigación en una universidad canadiense, a partir de un proyecto relacionado con los temas publicados por Mitacs “Estancias de investigación Globalink” (Mitacs).

Remittances are an important driver for economic growth and prosperity in developing countries3 The annual inflow of remittances reached its peak in 2021, to nearly 50 Billion USD.

La Embajada de Rumania en México invita a estudiantes que quieran realizar sus estudios de licenciatura, maestría y doctorado en instituciones Rumanas.

Convocatoria del Programa Anual de Becas de estudio que el Gobierno de Rumania, a través del Ministerio del Emprendimiento y Turismo y del Ministerio de Educación, ofrece a los estudiantes extranjeros provenientes de países no europeos a realizar studios en Rumania.

 

La convocatoria se refiere a estudios a nivel de licenciatura, maestría y doctorado, viéndose favorecidas las áreas de las ciencias económicas y de administración de negocios, ciencias agrícolas, estudios técnicos, petróleo y gas. Con el fin de promover la cultura rumana, los becarios beneficiarán de cursos de apoyo para aprender el rumano de tal manera que puedan realizar sus estudios en la lengua rumana.

 

Periodo de inscripciones: 1 de mayo al 31 de julio de 2022

RMIT Mexico International PhD Scholarship Program

RMIT has committed to offer five PhD scholarships to applicants from Mexico for commencement in 2022 and 2023. Details of the scholarships and the process for application are set out below

PhD scholarships at RMIT University

RMIT offers a generous scholarship packages designed to support international PhD candidates through to the completion of their research degree.

These scholarship packages are comprised of,

  • stipend scholarship to assist with the cost of living expenses while in Australia
  • visa length overseas student health cover
  • relocation allowance
  • international tuition fee scholarship
  •  

    Value and Duration
  • In 2022 stipend scholarships are paid at AUD$32,841 per annum pro rata
  • Stipend and international tuition fee scholarships are provided for 3 years and 6 months. Extensions to the duration of scholarships are generally not possible and are considered on a case by case basis.
  • Single, couple or family visa length overseas student health cover is provided depending on the scholarship awardee’s personal circumstances.
  • Scholarship awardees may claim up to $515 per adult and $255 per child to a maximum of $1,540 in relocation allowance upon provision of receipts documenting travel expenses after arrival in Australia and confirming their enrolment.

    Eligibility

    Scholarships are awarded on the basis of a competitive selection process that ranks applicants according to their academic achievement, research outputs and relevant professional experience.

    Priority is given to applicants who:

  • Meet academic eligibility criteria
  • Have achieved a high distinction in the final two years of the qualifying program(s). At RMIT, a grade of high distinction represents an academic achievement of 80% or higher
  • May be considered by RMIT as having an equivalent level of academic attainment, taking into account previous study, relevant work experience, research publications and other research experience
  • Are able to take receipt of a scholarship for a minimum 12-month duration on a full-time basis (or part-time equivalent) because of prior enrolment in a graduate research program
  • Have not already completed a graduate research program at the same or higher course level. For example, Masters by Research applicants should not have already completed a Masters by Research or PhD
  • An applicant must not previously have held an RMIT or Commonwealth-funded postgraduate research scholarship unless it was terminated within six months of the scholarship’s payments commencing
  • Are or will be enrolled and primarily based at an RMIT Australian campus
  • International applicants must meet English language requirements.

    Research Projects

    When applying for a research degree, applicants to RMIT generally select a project that the University makes available. Information about all currently available projects is available on the RMIT HDR website.

    Prospective applicants should select a project that aligns with their interests, skills and qualifications before they start the application process.

    The names of applicants to be considered for one of these scholarships and their contact details should be provided to Guido Farnell (guido.farnell@rmit.edu.au) and Emily Cavanagh (emily.cavanagh@rmit.edu.au). The admissions team at the School of Graduate Research will contact these applicants and guide them through the application process.
