The purpose of this service is to promote cooperation with different Libraries, Documentation and Information Centers, in order to make the collections of other Institutions accessible to our internal users.

PROCEDURE:

  • Once verified that our Library does not have the material. Locate, through the LIST OF INSTITUTIONS AND CATALOGS, the document to be requested.
  • Go to the Universidad Anáhuac México Library and provide the information of the book and the library of the institution where you located it.
    South Campus: desk area ext. 499
    North Campus: 1st floor of the Library Building, Individual Study Room, ext. 8306.
  • Receive your forms, duly filled out and signed, and go to the institution to process your loan.
  • When you pick up the book at the requesting Library, the corresponding return date will be indicated.
  • POLICIES:

  • The request for this service is personal and without debts, the credential is non-transferable.
  • Each institution is governed by its own policies, and among others, the loan and renewal time is established by the institution that lends the material.
  • If there is no agreement with any institution, it will be established at the time of requesting the loan, if the institution agrees.
