The Library offers a new service to assist its university community personally and virtually.

You can schedule an appointment at a convenient time for you within the service hours and a Library Consultant will provide you with individual assistance. You may obtain assistance regarding the operation of the resources, services and sources of information available at your Library.

Requirements: Be a member of the Anahuac Mexico Community, have an institutional e-mail account and valid file number.

Opening hours:Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Guidelines:

● The request will be addressed within a maximum of 48 hrs.
● We will contact you by e-mail, sending you the invitation to the virtual meeting within a maximum of 8 hrs., prior to the appointment established.
● The duration of the appointment is 30 min. (maximum).
● There will be a 10 min. tolerance.
● Only one request per user, per day will be served.
● At the end of the appointment, the applicant must answer the service evaluation survey, received when scheduling the meeting.
