The Library offers you a new service to provide personalized and virtual assistance to the University Community.

You will be able to schedule an appointment at the established schedule of your preference and a Librarian Advisor will attend you in a personalized way, you will be able to get advice on the operation of the resources, services and sources of information offered by your Library.

Requirements: Belong to the Anahuac Mexico Community, have an institutional email account and a valid file number.

Appointment hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Guidelines:

● The request will be attended within a maximum period of 48 hrs.
● We will contact you by e-mail, sending the invitation to the virtual meeting, within a maximum of 8 hours before the scheduled appointment.
● The duration of the appointment is 30 min (maximum).
● There will be a tolerance margin of 10 min.
● Only one request per user, per day will be attended.
● At the conclusion of the appointment, the applicant must complete the service evaluation survey received when scheduling the meeting.
