How to Apply?

Your home university determines your eligibility for an academic exchange at Anáhuac University. Contact the exchange program department at your institution for guidance and internal deadlines.
📄 Once nominated, complete the online application form (Click Here)

Exchange students must submit the following documents through their university’s International Office:
•📸 Colored digital photo (high definition, 300 dpi, .jpg format)
•📜 Official transcripts (with English/Spanish translation)
•📝 Curriculum vitae (CV)
•🌐 Spanish courses: B2 level certificate or letter from your Language Center
•🌐 English courses: B2 level certificate or letter from your Language Center
•🛂 Copy of passport ID page
•🏥 Health information form (current certificate)
•🏥 Health insurance form (including coverage for illness, accident, hospitalization, and repatriation)
•🌍 Immigration obligations form
•💉 Medical treatment authorization form

Upon arrival, students must submit the following to the International Office:
•📝 Copy of the FMM (if staying for 1 semester, less than 180 days)
•🛂 Copy of "RESIDENTE TEMPORAL ESTUDIANTE" visa (if required for 1 semester, based on nationality)
•🛂 "RESIDENTE TEMPORAL ESTUDIANTE" visa for full year (more than 180 days, processed at the Mexican Consulate)
•📅 Certificate of arrival, signed and stamped by the International Relations Office (Building A, 1st floor)

The document must be signed and stamped by the coordinator of the program in which you are enrolled.

Once we review your information and documents, we will send the acceptance letter by email. If, for immigration reasons, you require us to send the acceptance letter to your home university by mail, please notify us in advance.

Fees and Campus Life

If your home university has an agreement:
  • No registration or tuition fees.
  • Check with your university how many spots are available.
  • You may have minor expenses upon arrival, such as: Use of certain platforms or licenses, Materials, Equipment for some courses
  • Ask your program staff directly about any potential costs.

If your university doesn't have an agreement:
  • You can still apply without any problem as a visiting student.
  • Upon arrival, you will receive instructions on how to pay the administrative fee: 💵 $350 USD per student, per semester
