Our graduate related his experience as coordinator of a humanist project that cares for children on the borders of Mexico.
Dr. Esteban Espíndola Flores (Master's in Bioethics, gen. '20) shared with us that upon graduating from his master's degree, he began working on a humanist project promoted by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) through which medical, nutritional and psychological attention is provided to children from five border cities in the north and south of Mexico.
Dr. Espíndola highlighted the influence that the Master's Degree in Bioethics had to develop his humanist work: "I consider that the Master's Degree has been very important in my process of recognizing the vulnerability of people and in the development of strategies that consider all the factors that they contribute to the integral well-being of people, acting within an appropriate ethical framework for the context in which I currently develop” he added.
