We congratulate the recently graduated Master's and PhD students

Our graduates showed a deep understanding of the complex ethical challenges in the field of biomedicine and research.

 

On May 29, the Postgraduate Graduation Ceremony was held and our students of the Master's in Bioethics received their diploma from our Rector, Dr. Cipriano Sánchez García, L.C.,

 

Daniel Oswaldo Rojas López, who is a medicolegal lawyer, and is part of CONBIOETHICS and the Hospital Bioethics Committee of the Durango Sanatorium, graduated from the Master's Degree in Online Bioethics Studies, 5th generation.

"Because every effort is rewarded. Congratulations on choosing to be a positive action leader!" shared the Mtra. Patricia Hernández, coordinator of said Master's degree.

 

From the Master's Degree in Applied Bioethics, graduated Mr. Esteban Espíndola Flores, Generation 24, doctor from the Anahuac Mexico University and former intern at the Faculty of Bioethics, and Mtra. Lorena Andrea Pérez Ferrer, Generation 15, who is a doctor from the Universidad Anáhuac México and graduated with a Diploma in Palliative Care.

Three students from Ecuador graduated from the Doctorate in Bioethics, Dr. Carlos Alberto Román Collazo, generation 9, Biologist, who presented his thesis on Genetically Modified Organisms. Dr. Rosa Del Pilar López Rúales, generation 8 and the first in Applied Bioethics, Nurse and teacher, and presented her thesis on Bioethical Care in Nursing. And finally Dr. Diego Paul Andrade Campoverde, generation 9, Pharmacist, with his thesis on Community Pharmaceutical Care.

They have showed a deep understanding of the complex ethical challenges in the field of biomedicine and research, and have acquired the necessary tools to approach them responsibly and thoughtfully. As you advance in your careers, always remember the importance of your work and the positive impact they can have in the world." - shared Dr. Elvira Llaca García, coordinator of the Doctorate.
