These intensive workshops focus on developing specific skills, with each student repeatedly practicing the proposed skill.

The Anáhuac Clinical Simulation Center (CASIC) organizes boot camps consisting of intensive workshops designed to hone specific skills through repeated practice and "deliberate repetition."

During the first Simulation Week at the Faculty of Health Sciences, students participated in highly realistic scenarios that allowed them to confront critical clinical situations under expert supervision. Through this approach, each student reinforced their theoretical and practical knowledge, progressively enhancing their technical and non-technical performance, including decision-making, effective communication, stress management, and teamwork.

Additionally, the boot camp format provided immediate, personalized feedback, which reinforced participants' confidence and autonomy. Thus, CASIC promoted active, student-centered learning and established a standard of educational excellence that contributes to training competent, confident healthcare professionals in their daily clinical practice.

These activities increased the students' level of preparation and consolidated an educational model based on "deliberate repetition" and immediate feedback. This model ensures that future health professionals will act with greater competence and confidence in their clinical practice.

Using standardized rubrics and providing immediate feedback helped identify strengths and areas for improvement, guiding personalized learning.
