We welcome more than 2,300 new Anahuac Lions to the 2025 Integral University Welcome program

A new generation of students begins their university life on the North and South campuses by participating in activities that promote integration, leadership and integral development.

From August 6 to 8, 2025, Anáhuac México University opened its doors to welcome the new generation of Lions during the 2025 Integral University Welcome, a program designed to help new students successfully begin their undergraduate studies.

For three days, the new students participated in integration activities, learned about institutional services and experienced the positive leadership actions promoted by the university firsthand.

The program began with a message from our rector, Dr. Cipriano Sánchez García, L.C. He reminded the students that they had chosen a university in the “pole position,” which seeks not only academic excellence, but also values each person. He emphasized that success is not achieved alone because there will always be a team behind you, including professors, classmates, family and directors.

He encouraged them to experience university as integral preparation where "everything counts," from friendships to exams. He urged them to discover their purpose under the motto "Serve to Transform."

Next, the Dance Company was introduced, and the University Ombudsman process was explained. In addition, Carlos Salinas, executive director of Digital Communication, invited those present to follow the University's official social media accounts (@uanahuacnorte and @uanahuacsur) to access official information, trivia, exhibitions and exclusive opportunities. Salinas also presented the Somos Anáhuac app, which brings together services such as intercampus transportation, the academic calendar, rules for healthy coexistence, news, employability and events.

Students participated in the University Life Fair, and activities organized by FESAL and ADEFA. They also enjoyed guided tours of the campus, meetings with school directors, block course registration, and English and digital skills exams.

The Integral University Welcome presented not only the institutional services and values but also marked the beginning of a new chapter in each student's life. From day one, the Anáhuac México community welcomed them with open arms, offering an education focused on positive action leadership.
