The Anahuac University reaffirms its social commitment as a recipient of the Mexican ESR Certification for the 13th year in a row

This new certification confirms our University's excellence in implementing socially responsible practices in the environmental, social, governance and global context.

Anahuac Mexico University has again been recognized for its commitment to corporate social responsibility. For the thirteenth consecutive year, the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Cemefi) has awarded us the ESR Certification.

Although the ESR Certification is not a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) certification, it is a valuable recognition of companies' commitment to good practices in this area. This certification is obtained through a self-diagnostic process that evaluates various areas of the institution and must be renewed annually to demonstrate a continued commitment to CSR.

By obtaining the ESR Certification, our University demonstrates its socially responsible awareness to its target audiences. Likewise, it endorses its excellence in implementing socially responsible practices covering the four areas: environmental, social, governance and global, which are defined in the new model of this certification and are in line with our Model of University Social Responsibility.

The University Social Responsibility and Sustainability Committee, made up of experts in the field, was responsible for coordinating the process for obtaining this recognition for the thirteenth year in a row. This process consisted of compiling, classifying and sending the necessary evidence for evaluation by the Cemefi.

This ESR Certification is not just a recognition of Anahuac Mexico University, but a celebration of the collective effort, dedication, and commitment of every administrative department, school and faculty that forms our university.

Every individual has played a significant role in this achievement, from our cleaning and maintenance staff to our researchers and professors and our administrative and management staff. Let this be a call to all of us to continue to work together with passion and conviction, inspiring us to uphold our Institution as a benchmark of ethics, transparency, quality, well-being and commitment to sustainable development.
