Puesto Número 1: Un Ingeniero(a) en Computación e Informática como Analista de Datos:

As a Data Analyst, resource will be involved in projects which require report writing , data analysis and mapping , metrics reporting , querying out data from different source systems based on SQL/Oracle and building Reports. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

1. Engineering graduate from good institute in any of the following disciplines IT / Computer Science.
2. 3-5 years of relevant SQL querying and reporting experience.
3. Good data preparation and analysis capabilities.
4. Proficient knowledge on SQL & Advanced Excel.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
6. Excellent attitude and ability to contribute to a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in the data and analyses.
8. Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
9. Experience in Leasing domain will be added advantage.
10. Work closely with other teams to facilitate the success of company projects and operations.
11. Excellent written communications skills in English

Puesto Número 2: Tres científicos(as) de datos:

The three Data Scientists will have most of the following qualifications and skills:

1. 3+ years of experience in data analytics domain.
2. Application of advanced statistics.
3. Must have a solid understanding of business drivers and how data is used to inform and drive decisions and behaviors.
4. Expert in applying statistical methods & Techniques like Regression techniques, Machine Learning, Sampling techniques, hypothesis, Segmentation, Time Series Analysis, Multivariate Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling.
5. Hands on experience on statistical tools like R/Python and SQL.
6. Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
9. Able to speak in both English and Spanish proficiently.
10. Intermediate written communications skills in English.

Puesto Número 3: Dos desarrolladores en Haddop:

The two Hadoop Developers will have most of the following qualifications and skills:

1. 2+ years designing, developing and implementing solutions in Hadoop environments.
2. Experienced in reading, extracting, transforming, enriching, staging and loading data to Hadoop.
3. Hands-on experience with data modeling and data analytics.
4. Working knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and its components, including Spark, Hive, Impala, HBase and MapReduce.
5. Hands-on experience working with large data sets, must understand the challenges of transforming and enriching such data volumes and must know how to apply optimization techniques to improve performance and optimize resources usage.
6. Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python or Scala (preferred).
7. Good knowledge of Kafka.
8. Experienced in developing automation scripts and job flows around Hadoop framework.
9. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data bases.
10. Good experience with distributed computing.
11. Linux shell scripting.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
13. Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
14. Able to speak in both English and Spanish proficiently.
15. Excellent written communications skills in English
