Finance Intern
Core Activities and Responsibilities:
- Forecast and planning.
- Manage invoice process and validation (direct/third party).
- Create manual and automated documents.
- Strict legal, ethical and compliance control application for contract realization.
- Prepare and deliver financial contracts to DFS customers.
- Actively work with customers to answer inquiries relating lease and loan terms, financial contracts, and document management.
- Hardware/software order processing
- Ensure executed financial contracts are booked into system of record, funded and wired in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate administrative records relevant to transactions, including critical customer and partner information.
- Legal and sensitive document guarding and organization.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams regarding customer and partner accounts.
- Communicate updates, process, requirements and expectations to customers and partners as needed.
- Adherence to all Policy & Procedures.
- Establish and deliver several statement reports such as fraud, backlog and cash flow variables.
- Frame daily activities within processes and policies along with implementing new ones for not established procedures.
- Work along insurance broker to employ corresponding insurance as for incident notification and processing.
- Proactively maintain communication with Sales Team regarding operation line up and concretion.
- Portfolio analysis.
- Loan and/or lease customer assistance.
- Operational system regular audit and control.
- Fraud and incident dealing.
