· Sell Out forecasting, depletions, and inventory management.
- Provide Sales scenario management according, market trends, commercial initiatives, internal and external factors.
· Physical availability management and improvement
· Provides JBP SO statistical base driven by brand geographical segmentation and store formats performance, internal and external factors.
· Proactively reporting with commercial teams either to maintain or improve SO trends.
· Responsible for SFA within IBP monthly meetings.
· Cost to serve Reduction based on SO analysis EOQ, Order entry frequency modifications, safety stocks modifications according market demand and relevant events.
Commercial, Marketing Catdev & Commercial execution agenda based on weekly and monthly meetings.
