CADEBI presents the ORIBI priority project to the State Bioethics Commissions

The Anáhuac Center for Strategic Development in Bioethics (CADEBI) participated in the annual meeting of the State Bioethics Commissions, a space that included the participation of Dr. Gabriela Pineda Hernández, director of Institutional Development of CONBIOÉTICA, who presented the priority project of the Observatory of the Ibero-American Bioethics Network (ORIBI). The Interactive Atlas of Bioethics seeks to consolidate itself as a key tool to facilitate the exchange of information between bioethics institutions in the Ibero-American region.

It highlights key philosophical and scientific approaches, emphasizing the relational dimension and a holistic approach. La Gaceta UNAM published the participation of Dr. Jennifer Hincapié Sánchez, director of the University Bioethics Program and advisor to CADEBI, in the 6th Bioethics Congress organized by the Research on Epidemiological and Emerging Risks (UNAM). Her presentation was titled “Euthanasia encompasses individual autonomy, dignity, people's suffering and the role of medical institutions at the end of life.”
