Students from Anáhuac University Puebla win first place at the International Congress of Neurosciences

From September 19 to 20, 2024, the First International Congress of Neurosciences was held at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Iztacala campus, where the I National Contest of Knowledge in Neurosciences was held. This event brought together students and experts to promote research and education in neuroscience, with an interdisciplinary approach that explored key topics such as brain health and cognition.

The Anáhuac University of Puebla had an outstanding participation in this congress, with the representation of students Frida Guadalupe Castrejón Bobadilla, César Franco Cortéz Téllez and Adrián Huerta Guerrero, all of them from the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery program. The team won first place in the knowledge contest, competing against other teams from recognized universities such as UNAM Juriquilla and the Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca (UABJ).

This achievement not only highlights the high academic level of the students, but also Anáhuac's commitment to the comprehensive education of its students, who have the continuous support of their teachers and mentors. The accompaniment of Mtro. José Luis Pérez López, the team's tutor, was key to achieving this success, demonstrating the value of an education based on academic rigor and dedication to study.

At the Anáhuac University Network we celebrate the success of our students and are proud that they are part of our community.
