At the Anáhuac University Network, we proudly celebrate the effort, dedication, and sportsmanship of the FBA Lions of Anáhuac University Cancún, who were crowned runners-up at the 2024 ONEFA National Conference . This achievement represents much more than a sporting recognition: it is a reflection of the values we promote in our institutions, such as perseverance, teamwork, and commitment to excellence.
Throughout the 2024 season, the Leones FBA demonstrated their strength and determination in each game, conquering a prominent position in the National Conference. The grand final, played against the Zorros del CETYS Mexicali , was a duel full of emotions in which the Leones left everything on the field. Although the scoreboard favored the Mexicali team, the performance of the Leones FBA was a source of pride and admiration for the entire Anáhuac community.
The FBA Lions' runner-up finish marks the beginning of a promising path. This achievement not only strengthens the team, but also inspires more young people to live the university experience with passion and commitment. At the Anahuac University Network, we will continue to support and celebrate the sporting talent that enriches our institutions.
